The Hamburg-based Selected Sound production music label was the imprint for some of the most remarkable pop orchestral recordings made in Europe between 1968 and 1987. The disc includes the 1960s ITV schools interval tracks “Barocking Beat” and “À la Polonaise”, the theme to the 1978 BBC1 series Tycoon and two Scottish Television filler tracks.
